What is Mindfulness Coaching?
As a mindfulness coach, I help clients become aware of how they are getting in their own way and not creating the life they envision. I help them explore ways to remove the obstacles they are putting in the path of their forward movement. I operate on the fundamental principle that there are always two ways to look at everything. We can intentionally choose a paradigm that frees us from a point of view that no longer works: “There must be another way of looking at this.” Because you are the decision maker, you have the power to choose how you will see anything.

From my perspective, the fundamentals of our coaching relationship focus first on meeting you where you are and then, on helping you get to where you want to go. In the time that we're together, you and your goals are the focus of our attention. We’ll dream together what your best life might look like, then determine the path to get you there.
