While Ken has shifted his practice to life coaching,

he has retired his license as a Professional Counselor.

Below is important information for former counseling clients.

What’s next - for me?

As a former client of Ken’s, you’re likely wondering what you will need to do when it comes time to see a new counselor. If you need a licensed counselor who is a trusted shoulder to lean on and a care-filled listener on your team, the best option is for you to consult with your healthcare or wellness provider.

If you currently have insurance coverage and would like to continue seeing a counselor, refer to the list of counselors who are on your insurance panel for specific names and contact information.

What about my records?

If you have seen Ken for counseling anytime in the past 7 years, your records will remain on file after June 30th until 7 years from the last date you were seen.

When you meet with your new counselor, they can mail a signed records release form to the mailing address below and obtain a summary of your care. This summary will be mailed directly to your new mental health provider.

Most mental health providers do not require past records, and they will let us know if they are needed.
